Delete Specific Data
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific things you've added. Here is what you can remove yourself right now, and how to request removal of anything you can't.
1. Remove it yourself in the app (fastest)
These are already self-service and take effect immediately:
- A recipe, photo, comment, or review: open it and use the delete option on that item.
- A single nutrition log entry: swipe or tap the entry on the Nutrition tab and delete it.
- A staple or shopping list item: remove it directly from the list.
- Your follow relationships: unfollow or remove a follower from your profile.
2. What you cannot yet remove yourself in-app
Clearing your entire nutrition history and biometric profile (sex, height, weight, activity level) in one action, without deleting individual log entries one at a time, is not yet self-service. Email privacy@nordicravensolutions.com from the email address on your account, say which of the data below you want removed, and we will delete it within 30 days.
3. What stays, and why
Deleting specific data this way only removes what you asked for. Everything else on your account (your sign-in, profile, other recipes, and the rest of your nutrition history if you only asked for part of it) stays exactly as it was. Deleting a recipe, comment, review, or nutrition entry is permanent and cannot be undone. A household's shared staples and shopping lists are not affected by deleting your own personal data, since other members may still rely on them.
4. Want everything gone instead?
If you'd rather remove your whole account and all data tied to it in one step, see Delete Your Account.
